Ashley Creed (she/her)
Are you struggling with the everyday stresses of parenting, feeling overwhelmed by parental guilt, or navigating your child’s mental health challenges and big emotions? These experiences are more common than you might think! If this sounds familiar, I would love to connect with you and be a part of your family’s journey.
My name is Ashley, and I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in children and youth mental health. My professional background includes working in youth justice, community support, and school-based mental health services. As a wife and mother of two, I deeply understand the importance of a collaborative, client-driven, and family-centered approach.
I specialize in supporting children and youth with mental health concerns, parental anxiety, and parenting challenges. I draw on a variety of evidence-based modalities, including solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, attachment-based therapy, and emotion-focused strategies. I believe that you are the expert on your child and family, and sometimes all you need is a welcoming, safe space to help you navigate challenges and uncover solutions. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, validated, and supported as we navigate life’s complexities together.
Let’s work together to find a sense of calm and balance for you and your family. I look
forward to supporting you on this journey!
