Hayley Quinton (she/her)

Hi, I’m Hayley, MACP, RP (Qualifying). 

I am passionate about creating genuine connections and helping people reach their full potential. I understand the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance and place emphasis on creating a safe space for clients to explore their inner experiences and to cultivate the support they need.I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related, but not limited to various forms of trauma and abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem and substance use. 

My approach is trauma-focused and client-centered, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw upon various techniques such as Narrative therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal psychotherapy, DBT, and attachment-based therapies.
