Lisa Sauve (she/her)
Hello! I’m Lisa Sauve, a Registered Social Worker and a proud mother of four grown children. After 25 years of working in various clinical settings, I’ve recently returned to school to pursue a Masters in Social Work, with plans to continue my education toward a doctorate. My journey in this field has been a lifelong learning experience, both personally and professionally, and I’m excited to bring that knowledge to support you.
I specialize in supporting families through child and youth counselling, couples counselling, and parenting strategies—because I understand that, no matter the family dynamic, raising children and maintaining healthy relationships can be one of the toughest jobs in the world. I also have training and experience in trauma counselling, including helping individuals navigate PTSD, complex trauma, and intergenerational trauma. Additionally, I am open and familiar with alternative lifestyles and relationships, ensuring an inclusive and non-judgmental space for all clients.
Together, we’ll focus on expanding your knowledge, building resilience, and helping you become the best version of yourself.
