My name is Stephanie, and I'm a Registered Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities on their healing journeys.

My path has been shaped by a passion for mental health, addictions, trauma-informed care, and Indigenous approaches to wellness. Over the past decade, I have worked in counselling, corrections, education, and community-based settings, helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and respect.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work with an Indigenous Specialization and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My journey continues to deepen my knowledge, strengthen my practice, and honour the  of walking alongside others as they heal and grow.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. I believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and trust. And I want you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out today!

Areas of Practice:
  • Women's Issues and Postpartum Support
