Supporting yourself or your family through emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges can feel overwhelming. Whether you are a parent trying to support your child, a teen navigating stress and identity, or an adult coping with anxiety, trauma, burnout, or substance use concerns, therapy can provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand your experiences and build meaningful coping strategies.

I work with children, youth, adults, and families from a compassionate and trauma-informed perspective. My approach focuses on creating safety, connection, and trust while tailoring therapy to each person's unique strengths, needs, identity, and goals. Much of my experience includes supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, developmental differences, emotional regulation challenges, school stress, sensory needs, social difficulties, and life transitions. Sessions may incorporate play, AutPlay sessions, art, movement, sensory supports, mindfulness, or conversation-based therapy depending on the client's needs and comfort level.

I also support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Additionally, I bring a background in addictions and substance use support, using a compassionate, harm-reduction approach that meets individuals where they are in their journey. I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and adaptable. My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered while building emotional awareness, resilience, coping skills, and stronger connections with themselves and others. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer questions and explore whether we would be a good fit working together.
