Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. And I'm so happy to be NWOCC's Client Care Specialist.
I’m a graduate of the Social Service Worker program with five years of experience as a children’s mental health clinician.
I bring a relatable, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to my work, helping people recognize their strengths and connect with support that reflects their needs and goals. I value genuine connection and building trusting relationships where people feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and sharing what they need. I welcome honest conversations and want people to feel they can show up as they are, without having to have everything figured out.
Everyone deserves to be met with compassion and without judgment. I believe people are more than the challenges they face, that change can happen at their own pace, and that every small step is worth recognizing.
My own lived experience with recovery has further shaped my belief in the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. At NWOCC, we believe in every person's capacity for healthy change, regardless of where they are starting from or what their journey has looked like. I carry this belief into my work by meeting people where they are, recognizing their strengths, and holding space for the possibility of something different.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step is something to be proud of. Whatever is happening in your life, I want to help make finding support feel a little easier. I believe the relationship between client and clinician is an important part of that experience, and I’m a strong advocate for finding the right fit. I want people to feel heard, respected, and supported, with a voice in their care throughout the process.
Outside of work, I love cheering my kids on as they do the things they love, staying involved in my community, and enjoying the little things in life.
