For Service Providers, Educators, & Youth Community Members

This interactive workshop focuses on helping youth and the individuals who support them better understand mental health challenges, emotional wellbeing, and resilience.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

Mental Health First Aid provides practical skills and strategies for supporting someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.

Similar to physical first aid, MHFA helps participants recognize signs of distress and provide initial support until professional help can be accessed or the crisis is resolved.

This training is ideal for:

Maternal Mental Health Groups

Motherhood can feel both beautiful and incredibly overwhelming. Our Maternal Mental Health Groups create a safe, supportive environment where moms can connect, share experiences, and feel less alone in the realities of motherhood.

Sessions combine evidence-based education with lived experience and provide space for:

  • Open, supportive conversation
  • Postpartum mental health support
  • Connection and validation
  • Emotional wellbeing and coping support
  • Community and shared experiences

Babies are always welcome. We understand that motherhood does not pause when support is needed. Groups can also be brought into local organizations and communities upon request.

Critical Incident Group Debriefing

When a critical incident occurs, the impact doesn't stop when the event does. Our structured group debriefing sessions provide a safe, facilitated space for teams and communities to process what happened, normalize their responses, and begin moving forward together.
Led by trained mental health professionals, these sessions are designed to reduce the risk of lasting psychological harm and support your people in the immediate aftermath of a difficult event.

This training is ideal for:

  • Workplace accidents or traumatic events
  • Loss of a colleague, student, or community member
  • Exposure to violence, crisis, or emergency situations
  • Any event that has significantly disrupted your team's sense of safety or wellbeing
