I pride myself in helping individuals, couples, and families to cultivate the motivation and the tools to work towards meaningful change. From my experience with working in the mental health and addiction field for over 10 years, I have witnessed that it is sometimes easy to get stuck in patterns of unhelpful thinking and behavior. I utilize different modalities and take a holistic approach to breaking old routines while creating healthy new ones.

I will not jump directly into “fixing mode.” I start by getting to know you in an unbiased way. I want to know what makes you tick as a person, your background, what are your likes and dislikes, what are your strengths, and how you interpret the world. I don't assume that I know how your challenges are affecting you, it's my job to better understand how you see a problem, and what a solution might look like for your unique needs and goals. I ask a series of questions, then give you treatment options and ask what you would like to prioritize.

I want to know where I might be able to fit in and help-out, so you can expect a lot of dedicated time getting to know your story and what makes you tick. You are the expert of your own situation, so you will be in the driver's seat as we navigate your challenges and successes together. Let's work together and tailor a treatment plan specifically for you to make change a reality.
