Are you struggling with emotional rollercoasters and the guilt of those mood swings? Has it been hard to make and keep friends? Are you a young adult struggling with life transitions, unsure about what your next chapter in life looks like? One of my favourite quotes is: "Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase". I work with clients to make life more manageable.

I have extensive experience working with youth and adolescents who struggle with addictions and complex mental health, as well as individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. In addition, I am passionate about supporting parents and caregivers who have a loved one struggling with addiction and mental health. It would be an honour to work with you on this journey. I can help you use the wisdom of your own life to heal, make positive changes, and feel less overwhelmed. My priority is to create a safe, non-judgemental and trusting space for you to receive the support you deserve.
