Hi there, I'm Bailey! I know watching your child struggle can feel overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, emotional outbursts, school challenges, relationships, or difficult life experiences, you don't have to figure it all out alone.

I work alongside children, teens, and caregivers to help make emotions, behaviours, and challenges feel easier to understand and manage. Therapy with me is collaborative — you know your child best, and I'm here to provide guidance, support, and a safe space for growth and connection.

With younger children, sessions may include play, art, storytelling, and creative activities to help express emotions in ways that feel natural and comfortable. Teens are offered a supportive, judgment-free space to talk openly about what they're experiencing, while caregivers remain involved in ways that strengthen trust and communication.

My goal is to help children and families feel more connected, confident, and supported while building practical tools for everyday life. I also have experience supporting adults navigating stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Starting therapy can feel intimidating at first, but it can also be a meaningful step toward healing, understanding, and growth. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and see if we'd be a good fit.
