It’s okay to need support.
Growing up is challenging – whether you’re a child trying to make sense of big emotions, a teen struggling with stress or feeling misunderstood, or a young adult facing life’s transitions. It can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to want a way out of those stuck, anxious feelings. As a parent, you might be looking for guidance to support your child or teen in navigating these challenges. Wherever you are, it’s okay to feel ready for a change. You’re ready to find clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more in control of your life. I’m here to support you in that journey.
I’m Ericka, a proud Métis therapist with years of experience supporting Indigenous clients across various clinical settings. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem. My cultural background and experience deeply inform my approach, allowing me to connect with clients in a way that honors their unique stories, traditions, and needs. I believe that therapy should be a safe, validating, and empowering space, and I work to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and respected.
I use trauma-informed care, strengths-based strategies, and culturally sensitive practices to guide you through the healing process. Whether you’re working to manage overwhelming emotions, navigate a difficult transition, or simply want to feel more confident in who you are, I’ll walk alongside you. I know that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and I’m here to help you find the path that works for you.
Take the first step – call me for a free 15-minute consultation. Together, we can explore your challenges, build the tools you need, and help you move closer to the life you want to create.
