Priya Abraham (she/her)

Welcome! I’m Priya Mary Abraham, and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of school, friendships, self-esteem, or just trying to figure out who you are in this complex world, I’m here to help. With over 20 years of experience supporting teens through their most challenging moments, I understand how tough it can be to navigate adolescence. My goal is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

As a Mental Health Worker with the Catholic school board in Ottawa and a mother of four (including two teenagers!), I’ve had a front-row seat to the unique struggles today’s teens face. Whether it’s dealing with stress after the pandemic or managing the everyday ups and downs of growing up, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have the right kind of support. That’s why I decided to start my private practice—to bridge the gap and create a place where teens can feel comfortable and confident in their journey.

In our sessions together, you’ll have a chance to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges, with no judgment—just understanding. We’ll work together to build skills that help you cope, find clarity, and tap into your inner strength. Whether you’re navigating tough emotions or just trying to understand yourself better, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I truly believe in your ability to thrive, and I’m excited to be a part of your journey toward greater confidence and resilience.

Let’s take that first step together toward a brighter, more confident you!
